Shipping methods
Our default for orders under 100 kg or urgent orders. Customs clearance and duties handled per Incoterm. Signature required on delivery.
Similar to DHL — sometimes cheaper to US mid-west. We compare live rates and quote you the cheaper option.
Best for shipments to residential US addresses. UPS handles duties and delivers to home/office.
For bulk orders over 200 kg. Ship to your local port, you clear customs and arrange trucking. We recommend a freight forwarder if you don't have one.
For repeat contract customers with regular ~10 CBM+ orders. Best cost per kg.
Between express and sea. Consolidated air cargo. You clear customs at destination airport.
Incoterms
Ex-Works — you arrange pickup at our factory. Cheapest but you handle everything.
We deliver to port, load on your vessel. You pay freight, insurance, destination customs, duties.
We pay freight and insurance. You pay destination customs and duties.
Delivered Duty Paid. We pay everything including destination duties. Most convenient.
