Yudi Manufacturing ("Yudi Mfg", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you request a quote, place an order, or otherwise interact with yudimfg.com, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

When you request a quote, download a template, or place an order we may collect:

• Contact details you provide — name, company name, email address, phone number, country
• Order details — product specification, quantity, artwork files, shipping address, billing address
• Payment information — processed by our payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, bank). We do not store credit card numbers
• Website usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, cookies (see section 5)

2. How we use it

• To prepare quotes and produce your order
• To send shipping confirmations, tracking numbers, and delivery updates
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support
• With your explicit consent, to send occasional product news (roughly quarterly, unsubscribe any time)
• To comply with customs, tax, and export-control regulations

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share limited necessary information with:

• Freight carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, ocean freight forwarders) to ship your order
• Payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, Bank of China) to process your payment
• Customs authorities in shipping country and destination country as required by law
• Our email and cloud-service providers (Google Workspace, AWS) — bound by data-processing agreements

We never share your artwork, brand designs, or business intelligence with third parties.

4. Data retention

We keep order records (invoices, shipping documents, artwork files) for 7 years to meet tax and customs record-keeping obligations. Marketing subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated after 26 months.

5. Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies — session, cart, form state. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Anonymised IP. Opt out at any time via your browser settings.

6. Your rights under GDPR / CCPA

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update inaccurate data
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to processing or withdraw consent for marketing
• Request data portability (a machine-readable export)

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@yudimfg.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data security

Our website uses HTTPS/TLS 1.3. Internal systems require 2-factor authentication. Backups are encrypted at rest. If we ever suffer a data breach that affects you, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

8. International transfers

Yudi Manufacturing is based in China. When you contact us from the EU, UK, US, or elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in China. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with our service providers.

9. Children

Our website and products are aimed at business customers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Material changes will be flagged on the site for 30 days.
