If it's our fault,
we reprint it.

Custom-printed products can't be resold. So instead of restocking, we guarantee the quality of the goods we ship. Every unit is inspected before packing, and every order is covered against manufacturing defects.

What we make right at our cost

  • Print smudging, misalignment, or missing color layers
  • Stitching defects, loose threads, unraveled edges
  • Hardware defects (broken clips, cracked buckles)
  • Wrong quantity delivered (short-shipment)
  • Pantone mismatch beyond ΔE 2.5 on approved sample
  • Wrong SKU or wrong size shipped
  • Product damage caused during our packing

Free reprint of the affected units by DHL Express, or partial refund at your choice. No cost to you.

Where the responsibility is elsewhere

  • ×Design changes after you approved the mockup
  • ×Wrong Pantone code supplied by the customer
  • ×Ordering the wrong size or product line
  • ×Damage caused by the shipping carrier (claim filed with DHL/FedEx directly)
  • ×Fair wear and tear from normal use
  • ×Fading of neon/fluorescent colors after 6+ months of outdoor UV exposure
  • ×Event cancellations, project scope changes

How to file a claim

Contact within 7 days

Email sales@yudimfg.com with your PO number and 3–5 photos showing the defect. WhatsApp works too.

We review within 24 h

Our QC manager compares the defect against your approved sample and shipping photos. Most claims resolved same-day.

Solution offered

Free reprint (fastest for large defects), partial refund (smallest fastest for isolated issues), or credit toward next order.

04

Fast turnaround

Reprints for small quantities ship within 5 business days by DHL. Full-order reprints follow standard lead time.
