Color matching
We use the Pantone Solid Coated (PMS-C) system. Send us a Pantone code, a HEX value, a color swatch, or a physical sample — our in-house dye lab matches it to within ΔE 2.0, batch after batch.
How color matching works
Pantone code (e.g. PMS 186 C), HEX code, RGB values, brand style-guide PDF, or a physical swatch by post.
Our dye lab produces a small woven or dyed swatch to match. Turnaround: 24–48 h for standard PMS.
We photograph the lab dip under D65 daylight and send you the image + physical sample by DHL if needed.
Approved color formulas are stored under your account. Every reorder pulls the same dye recipe — no drift.
Reference palette
These are our top 18 most-requested PMS colors. We can match any other Pantone, HEX, or physical reference — this is just for orientation.
Technical notes
Every material — polyester, nylon, silicone, PVC, TPU — takes dye differently. A Pantone chip is printed on coated paper; a woven lanyard is a bundle of dyed yarns. Even the same yarn dyed at different mills will look slightly different under different lighting.
We measure color match under D65 daylight (6500 K) using a spectrophotometer. Our tolerance is ΔE ≤ 2.0 — visually indistinguishable to the human eye.
Send it to us with your quote request. We'll confirm we can match it (we always can) and quote lead time.
