How is bulk pricing calculated?+
Every product has 5 pricing tiers. As quantity increases, price per piece drops significantly — up to 50% savings on 10,000+ orders. Setup fees are always free.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes. Volume discount starts at 500 pcs, with meaningful savings at 1,000+ pcs. For orders over 10,000 pcs, custom pricing is negotiated.
What payment methods do you accept?+
For small orders on Shopify: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. For bulk orders: T/T (bank wire), L/C, PayPal (up to $10,000), Alipay International, and Purchase Orders for schools/government.
Design & Artwork
Do I need to be a designer?+
No. Send us your logo (AI/PSD/PDF/PNG) or even a rough sketch — our design team creates a free digital mockup within 24 hours.
What file formats do you accept?+
Vector formats preferred: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG. Raster works too: PSD, PNG at 300dpi minimum. If you only have a JPG or a photo, we can trace it.
Do you offer PMS color matching?+
Yes. Provide your PMS/Pantone number (e.g., PMS 186C) or a physical color swatch. We match at the raw material stage for exact color reproduction.
Can I see a physical sample before ordering?+
Yes. Free stock samples ship within 24 hours. Custom physical samples with your logo cost $15 (fully refunded when you place a bulk order).
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?+
Standard production is 10-15 days after design approval. Rush 7-day production is available for a 15% surcharge, subject to production capacity.
How do you ship internationally?+
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS (air) or ocean freight (for large orders 500kg+). Typical delivery times: US/CA/UK/AU 5-7 days air, 25-35 days sea.
Are your products safe for skin contact?+
Yes. Our lanyards are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Silicone wristbands are FDA-grade, REACH and CPSIA compliant. All safe for all-day wear including children.
Do you handle customs and duties?+
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) on request for US and EU customers — we pre-pay import duties so your goods arrive with no customs holdups.
Purchase Orders & Business Customers
Do you accept school/government Purchase Orders?+
Yes. We accept POs from US schools, universities, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. Net-30 terms available after credit approval.
Can I get a W-9 form for tax purposes?+
We're a foreign supplier, so US tax forms don't apply, but we provide detailed commercial invoices with our Chinese tax registration (EIN equivalent) for your accounting records.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. Free NDA available on request. Mutual NDAs also welcome. All designs and specifications treated confidentially — we don't share client artwork with anyone.
Can we visit your factory?+
Absolutely. Virtual factory tours via Zoom/WhatsApp are free. In-person visits welcome — Dongguan is a 90-minute train from Hong Kong. Book via our contact page.
