What RFID Wristbands Actually Do at Events
An RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) wristband contains a tiny chip and antenna embedded in fabric, silicone, or Tyvek. When tapped against a reader, the chip sends a unique ID that the event system matches to your guest profile. This lets you do contactless entrance, cashless payment, session check-in, and even drink orders — no more paper tickets lost at crowded festivals.

Printing on RFID Wristbands
Most event organizers want full-color sponsor logos on every wristband. Sublimation can print any design with any number of colors on the woven fabric, so that's the most popular option.
Minimum Order Quantities
Standard MOQ is 100 pcs for woven and silicone. Tyvek MOQ is 500 because the per-unit setup cost is lower at higher quantity. If you need fewer than that, we can do it — you just pay a small setup fee.
Lead Time for Custom RFID Wristbands
Standard: 5 days sample + 12-18 day production. Rush: 10-14 day production available with 15% surcharge.
